Dance is the perfect pastime for everyone, and especially seniors because classes can cater for all fitness levels and abilities. We’re creating a safe and comfortable space to learn something new and take up a fun challenge.
Whether you have previous dance experience or are a complete beginner, these classes are suitable for all skill levels. Our friendly and experienced instructors will guide you through the steps and help you embrace the joy of dancing.
What to bring
Comfortable shoes, clothes to move in and a water bottle.
Eligibility
Open to all Mornington Peninsula Residents 55+.
If you need help signing up to any of the classes, visit one of our Customer Support Centres or libraries and they can assist with the online form.
Bollywood dance classes
Bollywood dancing is a colourful, dynamic, and highly theatrical dance style seen in Indian films. This vibrant six-week Bollywood dance course will bring the fun and glamour. Bollywood dancing is an invigorating cultural experience, helping you to improve mobility, concentration, and coordination. We’ll bring the classic Bollywood accessories for you: beautiful Indian scarves and Bindis to add some colour to dance sessions.
