Eccentric creative collaborators mezzo soprano Dimity Shepherd and fashionista Melissa Jackson present “Opera Closets”, an exploration of an opera singers mind, body and spirit through a costumière’s lens!

This new bi-module performance concept explores universal human themes through an extensive range of performance skills and personal story telling.  It embraces individual style via a series of intimate recollections, cheeky reflections and wardrobe mistress anecdotes.  Celebrate the childhood joy of “dress-ups” – feel the freedom of play to transform and transport ones-self through the wonderful world of costume, song, spoken word, set design and personal style.
