Poul Grage – Moments of Impulse: A music improvisation project

Moments of Impulse aims to explore and celebrate the nexus of musical identity, creativity and place through presenting music improvisation events on the Mornington Peninsula. 

Moments of Impulse will establish its presence in a series of outdoor performances, indoor concerts and workshops, including performances at the 2024 Flinders Fringe Festival, with the intention of launching an ongoing project to promote creativity and music within our community; curated, led and performed by Mornington Peninsula locals Poul Grage and Anne Norman.
