Ode to the trees – Flinders Fringe Festival

‘Ode to the trees’ tells the stories of four magnificent trees located across the Mornington Peninsula, on Bunurong Country. The Moonah, the Messmate, the Banksia and the Snow Gum. Mighty trees that support whole communities of life – both above and below ground. The stories of the trees will be brought to life in a multidisciplinary theatre performance, created and performed by an incredible collective of Mornington Peninsula artists. The audience will experience this ode through dance, live music, acting, puppetry, circus, video projection and animation.

This grant funding will support fees for the artist director/choreographer, musical director/composer and the sets, puppets and sculpture.
