The Music Industry’s Songwriter Academy offers a dynamic platform for eight (8) emerging artists to engage with industry experts. This program features mentorship, collaborative songwriting, and live brief writing, culminating in a showcase event on the Mornington Peninsula supporting a local venue. Participants will work closely with renowned songwriters Pam Sheyne and Richard Harris to refine their skills and gain invaluable exposure. The project will culminate in a public showcase, providing participants with significant networking opportunities and elevating their visibility within the music industry. The project also involves recording an 8-track compilation album of material written on the camp.

This grant funding will provide scholarships for two young musicians for this program.
