Bunjilwarra Koori Youth Alcohol and Drug Healing Service is a 12-bed residential rehabilitation and healing service for Aboriginal young people aged between 16 and 25 years. It is a purpose-built, state-wide service situated on a 1.7 hectare site in Hastings.
Bunjilwarra provides a holistic cultural and clinical approach which incorporates Aboriginal cultural programs, social and emotional wellbeing and recovery programs, healthy lifestyles and life skills, leading to cultural strengthening, improved mental health and resilience among other positive life outcomes.
The Mornington Peninsula Shire / NBN Co Aboriginal Art Node Project is a partnership to cover seventeen NBN node cabinets across thirteen townships with Aboriginal art wraps from 6 local Aboriginal groups/organisations including Bunurong Land Council, Balee Group, Baluk Arts, Bunjilwarra, Living Culture and Willum Warrain.
