Exhibition Title: Elements

Elements explores the natural forces and environments that have shaped Cathy Wallace’s artistic practice. Inspired by water, wind, sky and earth, the exhibition brings together paintings ranging from realistic to semi-abstract. These works reflect the calm, movement and energy found in the natural world.

Featuring watercolour, acrylic and oil works, the exhibition presents a collection of paintings inspired by local landscapes and observations gathered over time. Together, these works invite moments of contemplation and connection.

About the artist:

Cathy Wallace is a Mornington Peninsula-based artist working across painting, drawing, printmaking and ceramics. Alongside her own practice,she has taught art and craft throughout her career and currently teaches adult classes.

Her work has been exhibited in local and national exhibitions, and she continues to develop her practice from her studio in Mt Eliza, exploring arange of subjects, materials and techniques.
