Community Art Space, Hastings 

 

Let your art inspire our community!

Mornington Peninsula Shire offers artists the chance to showcase their work and gain recognition across the community. Exhibition locations include Hastings Library, Mornington Library and Somerville Central Shopping Centre. This program celebrates local creativity and brings our public spaces to life for everyone to enjoy.

Individual and group exhibition applications are invited from local artists primarily producing two-dimensional artworks and some limited three-dimensional space by arrangement.

Through this program we aim to:

  • Promote awareness and appreciation of our creative communities
  • Assist artists to develop and exhibit work
  • Provide diverse, high-quality and accessible creative experiences for audiences
  • Ensure that our public spaces are stimulating and engaging for visitors
  • Support collaboration and creative learning for our community
