Public Art opportunity: Intergenerational Mural

Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking an experienced local community artist to lead the creation of an intergenerational mural to be displayed at Shed 11 Youth Hub in Hastings.

The mural project will involve community members of all ages, from 10 to 100 years, collaborating through three engaging creative sessions. The selected artist will work closely with young people and members of the local community, guiding them through the process of designing and creating the mural.

The goal is to create a meaningful and inclusive piece that addresses social issues such as isolation, encourages connection between generations, and provides a platform for self-expression.
