Busking Permits

 

Busking or street entertainers bring enjoyment to the community and add to the vitality of the street. It is important, however, that these activities are conducted in a manner which complements other activities within the township and does not pose a safety hazard.

We understand the important role busking plays in a musician's development, so we have streamlined the process and reduced the fee. The busking permit fee is $55 and must be paid at the time of application. For performers under 18 or fund-raising activities for a registered charitable organisation, this fee is waived.
